Landscape design blackrock
A contemporary garden terrace in Killiney, defined by clean geometry, natural stone detailing, and subtle lighting. The design centres on a circular limestone feature, framed by brown granite paving, and silver granite cobbles, and raised planting beds to create a calm, balanced outdoor space. A cedar fence was installed for privacy and acting as the perfect back drop for this patio feature.
A transformative landscaping project for St. John of God’s Training & Resource Centre in Dún Laoghaire, featuring premium artificial lawn installation, bespoke timber cladding, and sensory-focused planting to support young adults with intellectual disabilities.
A contemporary garden renovation in Churchtown, Dublin, featuring premium porcelain paving, black limestone cobble borders, and a newly installed roll-out lawn laid on a specialist 70/30 hybrid substrate of horticultural sand and topsoil. Designed and built for long-term performance, drainage, and aesthetic harmony.
A premium driveway and landscape renovation in Whitechurch, Dublin featuring Kilsaran paving, handcrafted black limestone steps, precision plastering, and sand-blasting restoration to a natural stone wall—executed to the highest SAS Landscapes standard.
Glencairn is a newly developed housing estate in Leopardstown, Dublin. Many residents are young families seeking low-maintenance, child-friendly gardens. SAS Landscapes Ltd. was delighted to meet their needs, earning several 5-star Google reviews in the process.

A new ballylusk driveway in Sandyford. Allowing for a richer, fresher and cleaner look, while maximising parking space, without loosing the feeling of being a private driveway and garden.
A two tiered garden scheme creating multiple spaces for seating and injecting atmosphere with lighting a fire pit and nostalgic old fireplace installation.
We paved thousands of square meters of paving on top of balconies in Cualanor for RSJ Ltd. Most of these balconies were for penthouses and show apartments. A high and consistent standard was a necessity.
A raised light grey, textured Italian porcelain patio, in Deadsgrange, Dublin. Complete with a bespoke wooden railing to enclose the patio space and make it safe.
A garden design and build in Belarmine, Stepaside. Consisting of Egyptian Limestone, artificial lawn, raised beds, benches, and a bespoke wooden railing.
A complete garden makeover in Kenilworth Park, Dublin. Updating the old and aged materials with something more secure, fresh and uplifting.
This garden in Blackrock, Dublin was overgrown and without any clear functionality. We went in and created an Indian Sandstone patio with granite cobble edging, pebbled areas, and a bark mulch bed.
This garden included a raised porcelain patio, with a winding ballylusk pathway and Indian sandstone edgings. A pond was also relined and had a new granite cobble edge put around it.
This garden was subject to a significant extension that caused chaos in the back garden. SAS Landscapes were brought in to take care of it and bring back order.
