The project centred around creating a clean, modern outdoor space with materials that complement the property while offering durability and low maintenance. We installed high-quality porcelain paving, framed with black limestone cobbles to create sharp lines and visual contrast. These elements establish a crisp, contemporary layout that flows naturally from the house to the rear seating area.
To rebuild the lawn, we carried out a full dig-out and soil replacement, removing the poor existing ground and installing a specialist 70% horticultural sand / 30% Grade A topsoil hybrid mix. This engineered substrate dramatically improves drainage, stability, and root performance, giving the client a healthier, longer-lasting lawn. A new roll-out turf was then installed and levelled for a clean, seamless finish.
